All you have to do is send us your paperwork! Our team will ask a few basic questions, and call you as soon as it’s ready to come back to the office and sign (or e-sign if you can’t come to the office). Once we receive payment, we will file and it’ll be done!

If we are able to file electronically, most refunds are issued within 3-4 weeks (assuming no CRA reviews). However if you’re not seeing your refund you can always call the CRA directly at 1-800-959-8281 and they’ll be able to tell you why you haven’t received it yet.

Adding Always Accounts as a representative allows us to call the CRA on your behalf to answer audits, it allows us look at your CRA account to print your missing tax slips (T4s and more!) and makes it easy for us to help you understand what’s going on with your tax refunds or balance owing!
