With 18 years of bookkeeping experience, Gayleen has spent the last 8 years as a valued Senior Bookkeeper at Always Accounts Inc. Known for her strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, she ensures clients’ books are always in order. Outside of work, Gayleen enjoys camping and spending time in the great outdoors.

With 28 years of experience, Jody is our Senior Bookkeeper and resident spreadsheet superhero. Her sharp eye for detail and unmatched efficiency keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Fueled by coffee and a passion for precision, Jody is the go-to for all things numbers and organization.

Steph is one of our Junior Bookkeepers, having joined the Always Accounts team in 2024. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to learning, she plays a valuable role in supporting our bookkeeping operations. Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time with her family and brings a calm, positive presence to the office.

Meet Aiyana
Aiyana brings nine years of bookkeeping experience to the team and has a strong passion for organization and numbers. She is a proud member of the Stellat'en First Nation and a dedicated mom of two. Her bubbly personality and contagious smile make her a valued part of the Always Accounts team.

Mackenzie joined Always Accounts in 2025 as a Junior Bookkeeper. Known for her strong organizational skills, she brings a focused and efficient approach to her work.
